P3HQ serves as the first fully consolidated office for a real estate development company, commemorating 30 years of business.

The triangular-shaped site located near the bustling main road presents a challenge in crafting a conducive working environment. The design tackles this issue by creating a seemingly solid building that minimizes street noise and heat from the long west-facing facade, punctuating windows sparingly. Green spaces are carved into the massing, breaking up the large blocks of offices into individual zones. The brick facade creates a natural texture amplified by repetitive curving form and, in some instances, screens the operable windows from direct sunlight.

The surrounding site is heavily planted to further promote biophilia while providing shade for parking and an added layer of sound barrier to the street.
